Poly-AluminizerTM and Lancer Method Thermal Break Technology
The Poly-AluminizerTM and Lancer methods mechanically modify the aluminum extrusion, effectively improving the bond between the polyurethane polymer and the aluminum cavity producing a mechanical bond. The Lancer process provides mechanical surface conditioning of the extrusion to ensure proper adhesion.
Fill and Debridge- Structual Integrity and Thermal Performance
The polyurethane in the channel is rigid and debridged across its entire length, maintaining its structural integrity while providing the benefits of thermally broken framing.
